Fitness has been a part of Lynette’s life ever since she can remember! Sports and exercise played an important role growing up, and as an adult she has increased her enthusiasm and love for leading an active lifestyle. Lynette started her fitness career as an ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor in 1990 and has had the opportunity to teach hundreds of individuals the health benefits of regular exercise. After receiving her ACE Certification in Personal Training in 1998, she has expanded her career to working one-on-one with clients ranging in age from 13 to 90 years old. Getting to know each individual and their specific goals and needs helps Lynette design the best, most efficient workout for each person. As an International Inline Skating Association Certified Instructor, she has shared skills and techniques with clients who wish to participate in alternative types of exercise. Lynette gets great satisfaction in motivating others to reach their fitness goals and feel better about themselves!
