Holiday 4-Week Boot Camp:

Sample Class:
Saturday, Oct 30th at 9AM

BCx 6-Day Workout Schedule:

  • 6:00AM Weekdays
  • 8:00AM Weekdays
  • 5:30PM Weekdays
  • 6:30PM Weekdays
  • 9:00AM Saturdays

PLEASE register to reserve your spot!!

Requirements:

Everyone should attend a minimum of 4 days of the 6 training days offered per week, run or walk 9 miles a week (unless you do ALL 6 days of boot camp), complete the BCx workbook and count calories daily using www.fitday.com (or similar online calorie counter). Online workouts also available if traveling.

What you need:

Water, towel, mat and gloves (optional), protein supplements and the desire to change your life!
