Requirements:
Everyone should attend a minimum of 4 days of the 6 training days offered per week, run or walk 9 miles a week (unless you do ALL 6 days of boot camp), complete the BCx workbook and count calories daily using www.fitday.com (or similar online calorie counter). Online workouts also available if traveling.
