90 Day Challenge
Weekly Points
April 12th – April 18th
Participants may choose one activity per day.
1. Try the Tuesday 7:10pm CycleCross Group Fitness Class - 1 point
2. Try the Wednesday 10:30am "U-Pump" Group Fitness Class - 1 point
3. Timed Crunches for one minute. 60 crunches in one minute = 1 point. 120
crunches in two minutes = 2 points. Must have staff member time you. Be
sure to record the number of crunches!
4. Chin Up. Receive 1 point just for trying! Women, receive 1 additional
point if you complete one full chin-up. Men, receive 1 additional point if
you complete 5+ chin-ups. Must have staff member time you. Be sure to
record the number of chin-ups!
5. Get "Ending" Resting Heart Rate checked - 1 point. *Receive 1 additional
point if you made an improvement compared to week 2. Must have staff member
test you. Be sure to record your ending resting heart rate!
6. Get your "Ending" Body Fat Tested - 1 point *Receive 1 additional point
if you made an improvement compared to week 2. Must have staff member test
you. Be sure to record your ending body fat!
7. Get your "Ending" Blood Pressure checked - 1 point. *Receive 1
additional point if you made an improvement compared to week 2. Must have
staff member test you. Be sure to record your ending body fat!
8. Show proof of all documented health improvements - 3 points
9. Submit testimony/essay - 5 points
10. Have "After" photos taken - 2 points
11. Bring in a Healthy Recipe - 1 point. *Must include nutritional information. Be sure to put your name on it.
12. Answer weekly trivia question - 1 point
