AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor IFA Certified Group Fitness Instructor YMCA Certified Group Fitness Instructor IFA Certified Personal Trainer From the age of two Etta was surrounded by fitness. She grew up going to her mother’s insanely popular Jazzercise classes where she taught for over 20 years. Etta loved the times she would call her up on stage as her Jr. Jazzerciser! Throughout high school and college she was involved in athletics. Track and Field and cheerleading was where you would find her! Etta graduated from Wallace State College in Alabama with a degree in Sports Medicine, and she is currently perusing a degree in Physical Education. Etta has received Group Fitness Certifications through AFAA, IFA, and YMCA, and also has her certification through IFA as a personal trainer. Excluding her stage time with Jr. Jazzercise, Etta has been teaching group fitness since 1998. “My goal is to promote the benefits of health and fitness both physically and mentally! I have modeled my life around health and fitness and I am a leader and a motivator. I believe in preventative healthcare for all generations. I know that I can help you in your pursuit of health and fitness.
