Class Descriptions
Strength
Ab Lab: Achieve core strength, endurance, and stability through training the abs and lower back.
Fun & Fit: This exercise class is designed to improve muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, agility, balance, and hand/eye coordination. Perfect for novice exercisers and older adults.
U-Pump: Target all major muscle groups using free weights for an incredible body-shaping workout.
Cardiovascular
Cardio Combat: A skills and drills class with athletic style movement. Shape up, Soldier!
Cardio Kickboxing: An exhilarating martial arts style workout incorporating kicks and punches.
CycleCross: This circuit workout incorporates resistance training with intervals on the studio bikes for a heart pumpin’ work out.
Hi/Lo Groove: A dance-based cardio class designed with multiple impact and intensity options.
Fitness Blast: An all-around intense workout with kickboxing, cardio conditioning, lower body and strength and abs. Get ready to work!
Indoor Cycling: Experience multi-level terrain to great music for the workout of your life on studio bikes.
Latin Impact : A great cardiovascular workout incorporating Latin inspired dance and high energy Latin music.
Power Hour: A cardio class which incorporates both step and kickboxing.
Step Challenge: An advanced step class that includes creative choreography, power and intensity.
Step In Line: Add some variety to your workout! Line up your steps and listen for cues to switch steps.
Step-n-Groove: The best of both worlds! This class plans half step and half dance choreography for an hour of nonstop fun.
TaeRobix: If you enjoy kickboxing as an exercise modality, then step it up a notch and add contact to your workout. Feel the difference!
Zumba: Let the rhythym move you! Come experience a fun, heart pumping, latin dance workout that is sure to get your feet movin’.
Mind and Body
Beginner Yoga: A class designed to teach the novice some basic yoga postures along with the Sun Salutation series. A perfect class to start for those just learning!
Flow Yoga: Begin with a warm up and focused breating, then flow smoothly from one posture to another working the enitre body. The class is for all levels, with optional postures included for more advanced students.
Pilates Mat I and II: Strengthen and stretch your body at the same time in this class designed to help lead to strong, lean muscles and improve balance, along with major emphasis on the muscles of the core.
Rejuvenating Yoga: Mediation in motion will revitalize your body and enhance your mood in this gentle kripalu yoga practice by synchronizing poses with your breath.
Strength Fusion: Enjoy physical empowerment in this flow-style class with elements from yoga and Pilates. Finish your hour with a moment of final relaxation to lift you gently into the rest of your day.
Yoga for Athletes: Enhance your athletic performance by learning how to breathe properly, how to relax and how to gain flexibility.

Rocco Ferraiolo
Group Fitness Email Rocco FerraioloP.T.A., NASM-CPT, SPARQ trainer Rocco has been with Ultima for six years but he has been a certified trainer for nine years. He is a Physical Therapist Asst. at Performance Orthopedics. His training specialties are post-rehabilitation individual looking to transition back to a normal fitness level or return to high level athletics. Rocco, enjoys training the competitive athlete and believes that there is an athlete in everyone. There is no reason why an individual cannot train as hard as an athlete. He is always pursuing other high level performance training certifications.
