For this reason, we are open every day of the week. We also provide supervised childcare so you can workout without worry. We know your concerns, and we want to meet your needs.

Ultima offers a variety of Group Fitness classes, personal training sessions, fitness testing and individual weight loss programs.

Class Descriptions

Strength

Ab Lab: achieve core strength, endurance, and stability through training the abs and lower back.

Fun & Fit Over 50: this exercise class is designed to improve muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, agility, balance, and hand/eye coordination.

U-Pump: Target all major muscle groups using free weights for an incredible body-shaping workout.

Cardio

Boot Camp: A skills and drills class with athletic style movement. Shape up, Soldier!

Cardio Kickboxing: An exhilarating martial arts style workout incorporating kicks and punches.

CycleCross: This circuit workout incorporates resistance training with intervals on the studio bikes for a heart pumpin’ work out.

Hi/Lo Groove: A dance-based cardio class designed with multiple impact and intensity options.

Hip Hop Hustle: Get your funky side out in this hip hop inspired movement class with music to get you moving!

Indoor Cycling: Experience multi-level terrain to great music for the workout of your life on studio bikes.

Latin Impact : A great cardiovascular workout incorporating Latin inspired dance and high energy Latin music.

Power Hour:  A cardio class which incorporates both step and kickboxing.

Simple Interval: A low-impact class utilizing staff and floor work with the occasional burst of intense aerobic activity. Keep the fun in fitness!

Step Challenge: An advanced step class that includes creative choreography, power and intensity.

Step In Line: Add some variety to your workout! Line up your steps and listen for cues to switch steps.

Step-n-Grove: The best of both worlds! This class plans half step and half dance choreography for an hour of nonstop fun.

Step-n-Sculpt: Cardio and toning expertly combined in this class using the step for a complete workout.

TaeRobix: If you enjoy kickboxing as an exercise modality, then step it up a notch and add contact to your workout. Feel the difference!

Zumba Toning: ditch the routine, join the party! Latin rhythms and movement will get your heart pumping in more ways than one, and finish with your workout with muscular toning work.

Mind and Body

Yoga for Athletes:  enhance your athletic performance by learning how to breathe properly, how to relax, and how to gain flexibility.

Pilates Mat I and II: Strengthen and stretch your body at the same time in this class designed to help lead to strong, lean muscles and improve balance, along with major emphasis on the muscles of the core.

Rejuvenating Yoga: Mediation in motion will revitalize your body and enhance your mood in this gentle kripalu yoga practice by synchronizing poses with your breath.

Strength Fusion:  Enjoy physical and Power Mac in this flow-style class with elements from yoga and Pilates. Finish your hour with a moment of final relaxation to lift you gently into the rest of your day.
